Ane sih biasanya lebih enak nyebutnya durasi dari present simple tense itu kaya' gini ilustrasinya :

Memang pekerjaan Joko mengendarai Taxi. Dia melakukannya setiap hari. Past, present dan future.

Biasanya digunakan untuk menyatakan :
1. Situasi yang permanen atau berlangsung lama
contoh :

2. Kebiasaan rutin

SAP Certification

Jadi, ceritanya hari ini tadi ane ada tugas presentasi tentang sertifikasi SAP. 

dan J-3 presentasi (dimana J adalah jam) ane belum tau apa itu singkatannya SAP. wewww

Akhirnya di tengah kepanikan, googling kanan googling kiri, tanya kanan tanya kiri akhirnya jadilah itu slide buat presentasi.

Dan yaa mungkin ane bisa sharingin sedikit pemahaman ane tentang SAP.

Software yang mengintegrasikan dan mengotomasikan proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan aspek operasi,  produksi maupun distribusi di perusahaan bersangkutan, termasuk keuangan, produksi, HRD, marketing, supply chain, logistics, dll.

4 Years for 40 Years

yaa.. that was what my dad said when I asked him about motivation to be a good college student ..
I remember his smile when I asked him that, and said :
"why suddenly you asked me that thing ?"
"just curious, dad.. "
"just that ? no other reasons ?"
"emm, it's just.. recently I have lack of motivation to go to college, dad, I don't know why.. maybe you could share me some motivation from your past life .. "
"haha.. well then, let me tell you my story.. "

..and my father started his story ..

"well son, when I was a college student just like you, I was just a poor boy, my dad, your grandpa.. was just a retired PLN worker with 12 children to take care of. I thought that, I must finish my college in order to help the financial of my family.. and I had to do it as soon as possible is order to minimize the cost. So, I began to study hard.. as hard as I could ! I must finish my college on time, I said to myself..
but, there was always a temptation.. it was a time when I had to go to campus at night to study for the next day's exam.. but, in my way there, I've seen a bunch of my friends playing guitar and the others singing along with 'em in the side of the road. Smiling and laughing.  I thought that, how beautiful is their life.. simple, with no responsibility to do, forgetting their responsibility actually.. just unlike me..
but then I threw away those thought and keep walking to my campus to study.. and thanks God I pass my exam and than graduated on time, belonging the top 5 graduate..
I realized that my hard works aren't useless.. and because of that, my later life is a happy life, I have a successful career, happy family, and enough to get what we really want.
And then, at about 20 years later, I pass the same street where I'd met a bunch of my old friends back in 20 years ago.. I saw them still playing their guitars, still singing their song, but no more smile, no more laugh in their face. They found that life is hard to them. They can't fulfill what they need, don't have a proper job to earn the money. That's all because they waste their teenage life..
So, I've made my own proverb, '4 Years for 40 Years', assume that your college takes 4 years, so it means if you hard to yourself, struggling, working hard in this 4 years, you will find your happy, worthy, and sufficient life in the next 40 years. But if you easy to your self, not working hard, you will find life is hard, horrible, and pity in the next 40 years of your life.. "

I always remember that story, especially my daddy's proverb..
So when I'm down, and have no motivation to study, I said that proverb to myself. And its really recharge my motivation ..
hope I can be like you. Thanks again, Dad !

Make Your Decision !!

Michael Wittmann

Ane yaa kalo baca ini kata-kata jadi bikin tambah semangat dan mantab dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan. Gimana enggak, itu adalah keputusan seorang Tank Commander Perang Dunia 2 untuk maju ke medan perang yang hampir impossible dimenangkannya. Istilahnya misi bunuh diri .. dan karena kemenangannya dia jadi komandan tank no.1 di dunia sampai sekarang. Gimana ceritanya ? Kok bisa ?

Oke akan sedikit ane ceritain tentang sejarah kata-kata itu jadi ndak sekedar kata-kata biasa ..

Pagi 13 Juni 1944, Michael Wittmann bersama konco-konconya dari 2.Kompanie of 101. Schwere SS-Panzer Abteilung. diperintahkan sama atasannya, Joseph 'Sepp' Dietrich, untuk mengamankan Villers-Bocage, Perancis, supaya ndak jatuh ke tangan Inggris. Ane kira pasukannya si Wittmann ini ramean gitu, eh taunya cuman 6 Tank doang !! wtf !! Padahal si Inggris bawa satu brigade ke Villers-Bocage..

Si Wittmann juga awalnya ndak sadar kalo lawannya sebanyak itu, sampai dia ketemu di jalan sama seorang Sersan Pasukan Jerman yang sedang mundur ngomong ke Wittmann tentang musuh yang ada di depannya. Karena penasaran, si Wittmann langsung ambil posisi 'mengintip' di semak-semak deket itu kota. Dan dia terkaget-kaget melihat jumlah pasukan Inggris yang sebegitu banyaknya.

Di atas kertas, 6 Tank di pasukan Wittmann ndak sebanding sama musuh. Timbul niat untuk memanggil bantuan, tapi komunikasi radio yang dilakukan akan dengan mudah disadap oleh Inggris yang akan membahayakan tak cuma pasukannya tapi juga seluruh divisi-nya. Akhirnya, namanya orang punya insting leader.
Dia pun mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan all out attack ke posisi musuh. Namun terjadi masalah, dari 6 Tank, hanya 4 yang dapat beroperasi.
Pada saat ini lah Wittmann mengatakan Quote tersebut di atas, yang kira-kira artinya sbb. :

".. keputusan itu, sangat, sangat sulit. Tidak pernah sebelumnya, aku sekagum ini pada kekuatan musuh dengan tank-tank seperti itu. Tapi aku tahu, ini harus dilakukan dan aku memutuskan untuk menyerang langsung ke musuh."

Akhirnya si Wittmann ngatur strategi, 1 Tank ambil posisi defensif di highway menuju Hill 213, sementara 2 Tank lainnya secepat mungkin harus mencari jalan untuk menuju ke Hill 213, sementara itu, Tank Wittmann melakukan serangan ke barisan pasukan Inggris. Hill 213 merupakan tempat dimana markas divisi Wittmann berada. Jadi yang langsung menusuk ke jantung pasukan Inggris praktis hanya tinggal 1 Tank doang : Tanknya si Wittmann.

Dengan gagah berani dia menghajar semua Tank, Halftrack, dan bahkan infantri musuh. Alhasil, Wittmann sendiri berhasil menghancurkan 27 kendaraan musuh, termasuk 3 Cromwell Tank, 2 Sherman Firefly, 2 Command vehicles, dan M4A4 Sherman Tank. 1 vs 27 wtf !! Satubrigade pasukan Inggris itu pun langsung ngacir keluar dari Villers-Bocage karena ulah edan si Michael Wittmann !! ckckck .. dan Jerman pun dapat mengambil Villers-Bocage kembali ..

Pelajaran yang dapat dipetik dari kisah heroik si Wittmann ini adalah, jangan ragu-ragu dalam mengambil keputusan, cepat bertindak, akurat, efektif, dan efisien. Dan yang pasti : nothing is impossible !!

My Loyalty is My Honor

Ceritanya ane udah dari dulu, sejak jaman masih culun jadi anak SMP ampe sekarang ane ngefans banget sama yg namanya NAZI !!
Pastinya masbro dan mbakbro semua udah paham apa itu NAZI .. langsung deh kebayang si Charlie Caplin eh Adolf Hitler . zzzzz
Ane sih ngelihat NAZI buka dari ideologi atau kekejamannya gan, tapi lebih ke loyalitas, disiplin, dan comradeship pasukan  militernya, Waffen-SS.

Yaa bawaan orang-orang Aria (sukunya orang Jerman -red), hidup mereka emang udah kebiasa loyal, disiplin, teratur dan selalu highly motivated. Ini juga yang bisa dilihat pada pasukan Waffen-SS.

Saking loyalnya, bukan jadi masalah besar bagi mereka untuk mati demi negara, atasannya, om Hitler, dan comrade-comrade mereka. Malah bangga mereka.. ndak habis pikir ane .. zzzz
Nah, sebenarnya apa sih yang membuat mereka bisa sebegitu loyalnya. Ternyata eh ternyata mas mbak,sewaktu ceremonial pelantikan mereka resmi menjaidi pasukan, mereka itu disumpah dan sumpahnya itu 'dipatri' ke sebilah dagger yang jadi 'pengikat janji' mereka. Disitu tertulis janji mereka dalam bahasa Jerman yang ane paling demen banget :

" Meine Ehre Heisst Treue "

Keliatan kan gan di bagian tengah Dagger-nya ada tulisan "Meine Ehre Heisst Treue" .
Englishnya : "My Loyalty is My Honor", Indonya : loyalitas ane adalah kehormatan ane. Ini quote paling ane suka gan, dan udah kaya' jadi salah satu prinsip hidup ane.

Nah, ceritanya nih gan, ane nabung rupiah demi rupiah buat beli Dagger ini. Emang bukan Dagger yang dari jaman NAZI sih, cuman yaa replikanya aja udah cukup buat ane. Tapi, masalahnya harus impor.. Ane kalo liat di online store yang khusus jual barang-barang replika kaya' gini, kurang kebih harganya sekitar $80, di rupiahin 800rebu lah yaa kira-kira, Nah, waktu mau ane beli lewat temen ane yang udah biasa beli barang ginian, ternyata kalo udah masuk Indonesia kena cukai, pajak segala macem jadi 1,5 juta !! wtf !! duit kompeni ape !!
Yaah ane harap someday ane punya duit segitu dah amiiiiinn !!
work work work !! haha ..

Second Day Reports, April 10 2011

it's been a hard day, its been a tough day ..
but it's worth I think  ..
the second day of the Basic Networking Training .. 5 shifts, 7am until 9.30pm ..

talkin' about Wireshark, Linux, OS Installation with Flashdisk, and Mr. Verrysoon done his good job in disassambling and assambling a laptop, his laptop actually. He took all of the 5 shifts available in teaching that. Well, he's the only one who knows how to do that, that's why.
And, yaa, still the attendants are overloaded. Passin' the target. Enthusiasm can be seen clearly in their face. Moreover when Mr. Verrysoon slayed down his own laptop in front of 'em. It's like, that's the very first time they saw such a things. Kinda funny .. but, that's my first time too anyway .. haha ..

So the report of the day should be : successful training, good management, professional trainers !

The very first day of Basic Networking Training by Vector College (I'm currently work here),

and was a big success !! hehe ..
in the target of 50 attendants, we got 56 !
just over the target ! alhamdulillah ..
but, we still got tomorrow for the second day of the training ..
hope will be as successful as today ..

Do the best, prepare for the worst !!

Like the other days in my last year of college :
A cup of hot coffee,
Stereophonics songs,
'A Thousand Trees' is the best,
not takin' a bath yet (my bad bad worst habit),
still wearin' yesterday's shirt and pants ..
I open my CodeLobster editor and my Firefox again, writes some code, found some error, fix it, writes codes again, and bla bla ... keep loopin' again and again haha ..

just like what I've done everyday in the last one month .. my friends told me that I'm a lil' bit too much on it, but, well, that's my final assignment. I have to do some extra efforts to finish it on time on target.
It's all about makin' a website for IT laboratory. Kinda hard, but .. I have to finish it in May I hope, in order to take June's graduation. 
I wish this year will be my 'graduate year' so I can go back to my hometown ASAP and finally meet my family .. mom, dad, sister .. haha .. see you soon yaa

Jadi lagu ini tuh ceritanya tentang sekumpulan anak yang jauh dari kampung halamannya demi melaksanakan tugas mulia (backsound : ciee .. wussss … ) yang notabene mereka adalah saya sendiri dan teman-teman saya hehehe (backsound : huuuuu .. !!). Di tengah perantauan, mereka tiba-tiba teringat akan kampung halaman mereka, orang tua mereka, sodara-sodara, teman-teman, dan tetangga-tetangga mereka. Akhirnya, dicurhatkanlah isi hati mereka tersebut pada sebuah lagu. Lagu ini adalah lagu tersebut. wkwkwkwkw
